◆コンセプト 『食べた人がお腹の底から元氣になるお米を届けたい。』 山間部の豊かな自然環境を活かし、山も人もより”いきること”になるようにと願いを込めた「いきこと米」を岡山県津山市加茂町にて栽培しています。 天然の牡蠣殻や、提携先の牧場から仕入れた完熟堆肥など、有機肥料を使用して土づくりにもこだわっています。 ◆お米について ・減農薬栽培 田植え時の除草剤のみの減農薬栽培をした、残留農薬ゼロのお米。 ・いきこと米 栽培期間中は農薬や化学肥料を全く使用していないお米。 ・おてんき米 いきこと米をハゼ掛けして、天日干し乾燥させた極上のお米。 ◆Concept: “Grow the foods that makes people who eat it feel energized from the bottom of their stomach. " Taking advantage of the rich natural environment of the mountainous area, we cultivate "ikikoto rice" in Kamo-cho. (Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture) We also use organic fertilizers such as natural oyster shells and fully-ripened compost procured from our partner farms. ◆ About rice ・Cultivation with reduced pesticides. Only use herbicides at the time of rice planting.
